Pranayama: Diaphragmatic breathing, Cooling breath and Humming Bee Breath.
Stress Management, Rest and Relaxation Tips

Asanas: More challenging asanas.
Optional Pranayama's and Kriyas.
Basic Meditation Techniques
  • Advanced Yoga Course
 Introduces the theory and practice of the eight Limbs of classical Yoga, especially meditation and philosophy. We will also discuss and explore other related traditional and modern practices.
