Course Outlines

1. Stress Management and Relaxation Course
In this course the focus will be on relieving physical and physiological stress through gentle stretches, breath awareness and relaxation exercises.

2. Beginners Yoga Course
Asanas: Basic asanas for flexibility, tension relief, alignment, balance, and toning.
Pranayama: Diaphragmatic breathing, Cooling breath and Humming Bee Breath.
Stress Management, Rest and Relaxation Tips

3. Intermediate Yoga Course
Asanas: More challenging asanas.
Optional Pranayama's and Kriyas.
Basic Meditation Techniques.

4. Advanced Yoga Course  
Introduction to the philosophy and practice of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, especially meditation.  We will also discuss and explore other related traditional and modern practices.
