Our Approach
We provide structured courses for absolute beginners and tailored courses for current practitioners who would like to extend or personalise their routines, or for those who would like to use Yoga for self-healing.
The private classes are held either at the East Coast Park, or your chosen location (home, organisation, other ).
Participants will receive a foundation in classical Yoga, learning to coordinate their movement with breath. By developing awareness, you will maximise the benefits of your practice.
Our motivational approach to the practice is science-based and participants will be provided with the relevant information.
Our rates depend on transport costs to your location.
